What does that mean? Starting THIS week, my classes previously listed as Ballet Bootcamp will now be: #themixtechnique®: Ballet Bootcamp
The format will be very similar:
A full body #barre workout with exercises pulled from ballet, yoga, pilates and horton modern dance. And yes! The green balls return!
Class times and days are the same:
Tues 6:30pm, Fri 5:30pm (happy hour, half off!)
